Although the original condominium documents allow weekly rentals, it is a violation of Florida Statue Section 509.242 to rent a unit in BWC I & II more than three times in a calendar year for periods of less than thirty (30) days (or one calendar month, whichever is less). Violations may be filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
