ENHANCED FITNESS  - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00am;

This class is a total body workout using a chair.  We concentrate on increasing
flexibility, strength and range of motion.  Light weights are used but not necessary.

HATHA YOGA/VINYASA FLOW - Mondays at 8:00am and Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00am

Basic yoga movements and postures using our breath to guide us in and out
of the postures bringing an awareness of mind and body.

ZUMBA GOLD - Mondays at 10:00am 

This class is fun and energetic.  We dance to choreographed latin and pop songs.  It is easy 
to follow and we take breaks after every 4th song.  Next year we will be incorporating some
light weights.

Over the years, cruises have been the fodder for great stories and fond memories for many a BWCYC member. 

We are not, however, locked into doing just what we have done before -and we are looking for your help and input as we make plans for next season.  As you know, we have fewer cruising boats than in previous years.  We would like to continue our cruising -but find ways to include non-cruising members in the fun.  We also need some members (boating or non-boating) who are willing to be Cruise Directors. 

So please join us at this Friday's BWCYC meeting at 9 a.m. in the Boating Meeting Room (Phase 5-under the 700's building) to share your ideas on how to keep,  maintain and improve our BWCYC cruising.
