Start of Phase I & II building Power Washing between 8:00am-2:00pm starting with Unit 170 and ending at building 1 on October 15th. 

*      Please be sure all windows and doors are closed.

*      Please be sure to use caution when entering and leaving your unit as there may be water and debris.

*      If you have items on your lanai, please either cover them or bring them inside during this period to protect them from getting dirty or wet during the cleaning process.
