The purpose of this meeting is to adopt a board resolution to authorize electronic voting.  Once this meeting takes place and the resolution is passed, a copy of the resolution will be sent to everyone along with a form to complete and return in order to sign up for electronic voting for the upcoming annual meeting in January.
