The Landscape Committee invites you to a presentation by
our Landscape Architect on Thursday,
April 4th at 10:00 a.m. at Sentry’s office. Mr. Spencer has been guiding
the Committee through the process of design and implementation of our renewed
grounds. He will report on the state of this work, and discuss an
implementation schedule. Mr. Spencer has more than 30 years of serving large
communities like ours.
Mr. Spencer will make a short initial presentation, but
the main purpose is to elicit the desire and vision of our residents.

Election: Pursuant to Florida law, an election of directors
of the Association is not required, since the number of persons wishing to run
for the Board was equal to the number of vacancies to be filled. The
Association's solicitation of candidates yielded 4 members submitting their
names for the 4 positions available for the new term. As a result, the
following members are duly elected in accordance with the provisions of Florida
Statutes:
