This is one part of Dr. Harcourt’s Health and Wellness Speaker Series that he gives at his practice in Fort Myers.  As a BWC resident, Tim is bringing this hot, new topic to the Community Room on Tuesday, April 2 at 9:30 a.m.

The acronym C.B.D. stands for Cannabidiol—one of the primary constituents of the Cannabis plant.  This oil is extracted from the industrial hemp strains of Cannabis plants and used for medicinal benefits –without the THC or psychoactive effects.  It is said CBD may relieve chronic pain, achy joints and muscles; reduce nausea; improve sleep; ease anxiety; and reduce spasms.  Come to the presentation to find out more.
