We are The Boardwalk Caper of Ft. Myers Beach, Florida, a gated marine community consisting of five neighborhoods with a total of 300 condominium units of various types, such as high-rise condos, low-rise condos, and 2-story townhouses. Each neighborhood, or “Phase”, is governed by its own condominium association. There is a general community-wide association, called Community Services Association (CSA), that handles mostly the common infrastructure and elements such as the boardwalk.

There is an exclusive Boating Association comprised of owners throughout the community who own a slip in the harbor. The community is suitable for both year-round and seasonal residents, with many clubs that are especially active during the winter season.

Amenities that are available to all residents include the boardwalk, as shown in the photo above, which provides a leisurely walk of over a ½ mile along the waterfront. There are 4 pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Hang out with your neighbors for happy hour at one of the “5 O'Clock Decks” on the boardwalk.
