Being Shipwrecked on Gilligan's Island was Fun!

The first Pool Mixer of the season, and the first one since before COVID, was a success! The weather cooperated and gave us beautiful skies and warm temperatures that made it perfect to be poolside with island music played by our own Tom Maio. About 65-70 people from across Boardwalk Caper's many phases joined in on the fun at POOL #1 and it made for a special evening. A big thank you to all who took the time to come up with a costume to make it even more silly and entertaining! If you weren't there you missed a terrific meal featuring smoked pork by Mark Nord and Marriane Sherrier's delicious coconut rice, tropical pineapple slaw and fruit ambrosia…not to mention all the great appetizers and desserts made by the folks from pool 1.
