Phase Six marked the completion of the Boardwalk Caper Community. Every one of the 30 units offers stunning views of either the bay or the marina. Step out onto your screened lanai—the perfect spot to watch kayakers, boaters, and dolphins swim by. Our robust amenities package includes reserved under-building parking and access to four pools, tennis, and pickleball courts. You'll also find plenty of social engagement through various clubs and events held in the community room in Building 8. Don't forget to join your friends for Thursday night happy hour in the community room by Building 9 to catch breathtaking sunsets from the patio.
