Phase 1 & 2 of Boardwalk Caper were the first neighborhoods to be built in our community. There are 170 2-story Townhouse Units, all with the same basic floor plan of 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths upstairs, a kitchen, dining, living room and half-bath on the first floor. They all feature a spacious lanai in the back, either facing the rear courtyard or the boardwalk, all with a nice view of the waterfront. The front entry features a private courtyard with a storage shed.  

A great many of its residents have a dock on the canal. There are 3 nice pools, each in one of the rear courtyards directly off of the boardwalk. Each has a pool house with bathrooms. Pool 2 also has a hot-tub/spa. 

As shown below, you will observe your neighbors hanging out at one of the “5 O'clock Decks” on the boardwalk for happy hour or reading a book while watching the boats cruising by.
